Lead Designer
After pitching a concept to our ISO Design team, I was selected to lead Verizon’s Valentine’s creative for 2015. What started as a personal endeavor, has led to a journey of exploration and discovery.

The Concept – “Love is when”
“Love is when” is a concept that has expanded to include not only examples of traditional romantic love themes, but also those bonds between family and friends. This style uses the replacement of the word “love” or “heart” with a heart icon that was added to our font library. The focus is centered on the connection with others and experiences they share with technology. The red icon elevates our product line and highlights its premium nature.
BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
- Make it easy to shop, compare and buy products across desktop, tablet, mobile.
- Create a digital shopping experience resulting in NSO, AAL, EUP & accessories sales.
POSITIONING & DIFFERENTIATION
- Appeal to the emotional and social components of this holiday.
- Position Verizon products and services as great gift items for loved ones.
